Search Nurture is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our small but fast-growing digital marketing agency. Our company may be small, but our vision is big. We work with some great brands primarily in B2B Saas and Consumer Packaged Goods. A few examples are Intercom and Databricks or Jergens, Curel, and Biore.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and serve as the main point of contact for a defined group of clients
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications between clients and internal teams
  • Orchestrate internal teams to help lead the development and delivery of ongoing campaign performance updates and client-facing presentations within agreed-upon deadlines
  • Develop deep knowledge of client marketing goals to further support your leadership of strategies and recommendations for clients
  • Stay abreast of and share insights about industry shifts that impact our clients’ businesses
  • Foster collaboration and inspire innovation among teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years client engagement/account management experience within digital marketing
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • A professional communicator that can share updates and ideas effectively to all levels of managers and leaders.
  • Ability to articulate complex strategies to an audience with varying degrees of digital knowledge/expertise
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Wrike, and Jira
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
