The Role

As our very first Director of Sales & Marketing you will not only be a key member of our
sales and marketing operations, but also develop and drive all aspects of the sales and
marketing functions. You will be a member of the leadership team, performing in a vital
role that will provide support for the company in the drive towards achieving the
long-term goals of the organization. With our already strong sales team, you will lead the
way in scaling this department and continuing to set us apart from others in a competitive

What We’re Looking For

  • Confidently own the entire sales and marketing operations cycle, this includes
    building, managing, and creating metrics to measure the success
  • Experience setting up and managing outbound sales functions
  • Experience with building sales and marketing funnels with small teams
  • Able to establish ongoing growth strategy across multiple marketing verticals in
    collaboration with our leadership team – you don’t hesitate to make improvements
    when and where needed
  • Contribute deep knowledge of the competitive market to better position our
    services and share that knowledge with internal teams
  • Experience managing and building a sales and marketing team made up of
    compelling storytellers who convey the mission and value of the partnership. You
    rally team members towards a shared vision that they’re excited to support
  • Solid track record of hiring and training sales and marketing professionals
  • Proven experience driving strategic vision for Sales & Brand Marketing teams
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Sales and Brand
    Marketing processes are built for current and future success
  • Exceptional presentation skills, leveraging data to provide strategic consulting on
    complex strategies. You drive solutions to business problems and address them
    as such, while teaching your team to do the same
  • Responsible for P&L within the Sales & Brand Marketing department; manage and
    execute on top and bottom line growth, assist in budgeting and forecasting
