This is a full-time, remote position.

Search Nurture is seeking an experienced, bright, and motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires someone that has knowledge of industry best practices and is able to make high-impact, data-driven decisions. It’s a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in contributing to the growth of a small, fast-growing company. This person will report directly to the Head of SEO.


  • Plan and execute complete Content Marketing campaigns
  • Strategizing, writing (mostly guiding writers) and/or editing content
  • Link building (including email outreach)
  • Keyword research and expansion
  • Content audits
  • Providing new content recommendations
  • Page optimizations
  • Pull data and observations through competitive research
  • Extract & analyze key performance metrics from Google Analytics
  • Create monthly reports on campaign performance
  • Make on-page updates using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in SEO and Content Marketing


  • Minimum of 2 years of Content Marketing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS (for creating content)
  • Experience with popular Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Excel, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Moz is a strong plus.
  • B2B SaaS and CPG experience is a strong plus.


  • Experience performing website technical audits
  • Ability to craft pages using HTML/CSS and Photoshop
  • Experience working in an Agency

We are now a fully remote company with over 20 employees spread between 5 states, but our mission has remained the same.
